'Exploration' Theme

Contains all data for maps in the "Exploration" theme in the Historical Atlas of Canada Online Learning Project. Legend and Sources pages for each unit are captured from the HACOLP website as they were available in 2020. Exploration routes compiled for the Historical Atlas of Canada printed volumes attribute data added for the Historical Atlas of Canada Online Learning Project. NOTE: All of these maps show the selected explorers' complete routes for the time period, with the exception of Unit 9.5, which shows the section of the selected explorer's route which explored an area 'for the first time'.
