Description
The DOTS (Data on Terrorist Suspects) project is a compendium of biographies of Leaders, Perpetrators, Financiers, Defendants, Detainees, Persons of Interest, Conspirators, and Others, includes aliases and kunyas, receiving mention in any of the international incidents appearing in ITERATE and other sources from 1960 to present day. The project includes over 20,000 items that have been grouped alphabetically by last time, and are available for download as word documents. Data is published by Vinyard Software, and was last purchased by the Map & Data Library in May 2021.
Note that inclusion in the database does not mean that an individual is a terrorist. Please see the introductory texts in file AAAll.doc for further information.
