Please note that due to having an incomplete set of sheets, only certain sheets (1-9, 28-39, 41-49, 51-61), and the index, are available. Please also note that some sheets (1-6, 58-61) have two maps on them. These sheets were georeferenced twice, corresponding to their two locations, hence the "a" and "b" added to some filenames.
