Description
The federal - electoral themes are a nested set. Federal Electoral Districts are built up from Provincial Electoral Districts, which in turn are built up from Municipal Electoral Wards, which in turn are built up from city blocks formed by the linear features of TCL. All addresses and linear features are implicitly linked to city blocks and therefore to all Fed. Electoral Districts, the Provincial Ridings and the Municipal Electoral Wards. Municipal Electoral Wards in total cover the whole city, they do no overlap each other, they do no overlap Provincial Riding boundaries.
