Title A name given to the resource Ontario Archives Patent Plans Collection Description An account of the resource Series consists of plans showing the status of Crown lands, whether patented, leased, or under a license of occupation. Until the late 1970s, patent plans were used within the Ministry of Natural Resources as a quick reference tool to show the alienation of Crown land. Once this information was computerised, the patent plans became redundant, and they were transferred to the Archives of Ontario. At the time a survey was completed and a survey plan created, an extra copy of the plan was prepared. Whenever a lot or a portion of a lot was patented, the patentee's name was inscribed on the plan in the appropriate place and the lot normally was marked with a "D" for "described". At times, other information such as a land file number (See Series RG 1-246), an order-in-council number, a licence number or a lease reference also was included. Later survey plans were obtained from other government sources such as land registry offices. Several patent plans may exist for a town or township, and the information provided may vary among the plans. The series also includes Subdivision plans, which are plans that subdivide land of existing lots into two or more new lots; or, the consolidation of two or more existing lots and their simultaneous redivision along new boundaries into two or more new lots. Subdivision plans include a prefix "M" before the number of the plan. Particularly in the pre-Confederation period, these plans were used to record locations on land made for grants and sales. Often, however, the individuals named on the plans did not follow through with obtaining a patent on the land. Thus, in order to confirm that a patent was actually issued, it is necessary to examine other sources such as various indices to land patents. (See Inventory 52 for descriptions of these indices). Additionally, you shall not: (i) resell or redistribute the Product Suite on a stand-alone basis or otherwise use the Product Suite in any service or product not specifically authorized in this Agreement (see above for authorized uses) (ii) disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, modify, or otherwise alter the Product Suite or any part thereof (iii) access any of the Product Suite not intended for Client'ss own use (iv) log on to a server or an account that you are not authorized to access (v) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network (vi) attempt to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization (vii) interfere with services to any user, host, or network, including, but not limited to, submitting a virus to any Data Axle website, overloading, flooding, spamming, mailbombing, or crashing (viii) use or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, or other device or mechanism (including without limitation, browsers, spiders, robots, avatars, or intelligent agents) to navigate or search an Data Axle website other than the search engine and search agents available from Data Axle on one of Data Axle'ss websites and other than generally available third-party web browsers (e.g. Netscape Navigator, Microsoft Explorer) (ix) use the Product Suite to store or transmit data that infringe a third party'ss privacy right or intellectual property right (x) use the Product Suite in connection with any mobile application (for example, for iOS and Android) (xi) reserved (xii) use the Product Suite to create, send, or display pornography, sexually explicit content, or campaigns promoting or supporting terrorism or violent extremism (xiii) use data and information derived from the Product Suite to help determine an individual'ss eligibility for an extension of credit, insurance, or health care (xiv) use data and information derived from the Product Suite to create or provide a Consumer Report as defined in 15 U.S. Code §1681a (xv) use data and information derived from the Product Suite to evaluate an individual for employment or promotions, reassignment, or retention as an employee (xvi) use purchased, rented, or third-party lists of email addresses in connection with the Product Suite (xvii) use or allow third parties to use the Licensed Data for the purpose of compiling, enhancing, verifying, supplementing, adding to or deleting from any mailing list, geographic or trade directories, business directories, classified directories, classified advertising, or other compilation of information which is sold, rented, published, furnished or in any manner provided to or performed for a third party to include digital display, advertising, or onboarding Licensed Data to any data management platform or other platform or exchange (xvii) use data and information derived from the Product Suite to help determine an individual'ss eligibility for a license or other benefit granted by a governmental authority (xviii) co-brand or otherwise provide the Product Suite on behalf of any third party or (xix) use data derived from the Product Suite for the purpose of soliciting survivors of deceased persons. Drop-outs were also interviewed on the issue of dropping out, looking at the year and grade of the dropout the decision to leave school reasons for leaving teacher views and the future after dropping out. The survey also examined the student who drops back into school after dropping out. Additional questions consider ways to keep potential dropouts in school and looks at dropouts' own suggestions for changing the system. Representative samples were drawn from the community and from institutions, and participants were assessed at 5-yearly intervals: in 1991, 1996, and for a final time in 2001.&nbsp The objectives initially focused on the epidemiology of dementia, and the study has provided estimates of prevalence, incidence and risk factors for dementia, and the burden it places on family caregivers. The CSHA has also described patterns of disability, frailty and healthy aging, and has recorded utilization of health services for different diagnostic groups.
